Through eye contact alone, my husband and I could successfully convey almost anything to which she reacted accordingly. She was our best advocate in every sense. Basically she’s a diamond in the rough – an agent whose actually in sync with her customers – – how refreshing!
After one conversation she knew better what i wanted in a house than I could ever have articulated myself. And while she most certainly is gifted enough to only work for commission and seek out the highest end jobs, she devoted herself diligently to our purchase of a more modest townhouse in Mclean without a whiff of condescension. Indeed, if it’s not obvious enough we’ve come to adore her, getting to know her more personally and discovering beneath the polish a terrific sense of humor and truly magnetic personality. Unlike many of her peers however she never verged on being overly solicitous and always respected boundaries. She could always suss out when my husband and i were in go mode and would quickly take her cue by informing us only of property facts and figures while making herself available for questions.
As for her negotiating skills? They earn her a sterling reputation among her co-workers and left even my forever skeptical hubby in her thrall.
I guess we simply can’t sing her praises enough and plan on enlisting her help both in selling our starter home in a few years and in purchasing a larger property!”
